We read this superb book as a class.  It is a very strong story with a large array of feelings expressed.  The themes are very powerful because most of them center on finding who you are while sorting through unfairness, love, and hatred.  Rather than talking about one of these numerous themes, we have chosen to cover one of the main actions of the book: the trial.  We chose it mainly because being such a big issue, it is very intimately linked with quite a few big themes.
